Hello,

A little bit about myself, I've been married for a little over 3 years and have 2 boys that keep me very busy. My oldest is a year and a half and our second son just turned 1 month. I'm a Sales Manager for a telematics company and have been with my company for almost 7 years.

I've always been interested in Real Estate and have worked as a loan originator in the past. My wife is actually in the process of getting her originators license and going back to work in the next few months.

We recently turned our first home into a rental property as we grew out of the home. We found a great older couple to rent it out and it is cash flowing at about $300 per month.

Since finding this site I have been addicted! I've been reading the Ultimate Beginners Guide and listening to the podcasts whenever I'm in the car.

I look forward to connecting with others on the site and in my area.
