This is also a great way to promote yourself and your brand to the comunnity just in case they are looking to sell or know of someone who maybe looking to sell. 

Because BP considers linking to testimonials or giving specifics on our borrowers' success as promotional if you want that information you can contact me and I will be happy to give that to you.Probably the biggest misconception of DHM is that we charge an "upfront fee" this is not true.

That fee is atrocious and instead of working REI, the promoter is selling books and course work. 

But how you end up communicating, the way you conduct business, your overall responsiveness, the way you dress, etc--those are all going to promote your brand in a more meaningful way than a logo.  

While I don't disagree with this approach (to each their own), I feel it promotes tenant retention, rents the units faster and you can get a small premium that will pay for itself in a year or so at most. 

The marketing dollars will go further when you promote your rental in the right places.Depending on the property management company’s model, working with one can also offer a degree of risk mitigation when it comes to losing money when your home is vacant.

Recently I have seen one BP member promoting "wholesaling" and wanting to charge a fee to "teach" you.
