How to find home owners?

Hello, This is my first post on BiggerPockets, and I am new and very excited to start Realestate Investing. I recently was driving 4 dollars and found multiple single fam homes in the same neighborhood. All of them have been CLEARLY vacant for quite some time, but there are no for sale signs. I’m assuming I could purchase easily for below market value, but I’m not sure how to find the owner. Any ideas?
