I've used Creekview Realty in Plano. 

I have use of Realty Trac, and of course living in Vero, I can drive to locations too.  

All I'm looking for is the ability to show myself houses, gain access to the MLS, and submit offers.I have been researching RealMark and Global Elite Realty because they both are around $100 per month but it doesn't look like the includes access to MLS.Does anyone have experience with these brokers or have any that they recommend?

I've been researching this and I see its a realty for maybe 70% of agents.Do banks already have certain agents set up that do the REO listings after you,ve done all the BPO work?  

I recently met with an agent from Networth Realty and have a meeting scheduled with New western for later this week as well.I have read a few threads on Wholesalers in the DFW area but haven't really found any responses from Investors that have actually purchased multiple properties from a source; Only the standard advice to not trust the Rehab and ARV estimates and do their own detailed due diligence.Maybe the case is seasoned investors buy one and never do business with them again due to their bad experience and the wholesalers are able to get enough new clients that buy one or two to keep them afloat.Any guidance would be appreciated

I  Interesting perspective Nathan-  while eXp Realty’s long term sustainability is yet to be seen, Mike Delprete’s “2022 WTF” Inman presentation actually predicted eXp to have the most sustainable model (Check it out on YouTube).  

If I were your broker, I'd file the complaint with the MI realty board myself!
