Does anybody know any real estate investors that I could talk to that live in Michigan?

I had a SFR in Michigan that I rented to two guys in their early twenties.

My homes in MI 1 bath is fine.

I am an experienced investor and have purchased homes in Virginia and Michigan several years back.

There is a local wholesaler/investor here in Michigan who was a student/partner of Fortune Builders but I only have spoken with him over the phone.I don't personally know the ins and outs of them but another local flipper here has told me that in his experience, it's like those guru programs.
