If you start slacking around "A" players they will be sure to call you out or kick you out!

I have always been a active basketball player and in my college years got to play rec ball with the likes of Gary Payton and AC Green.

Like I just told them I want to be a professional poker player.

I would buy a used Japanese/Korean car/SUV that can hold up to the weather for cash or as close to it as possible.

Commercial loan defaults are starting to hit the market, so some of the bigger players who were in the residential space last few years may look toward the commercial side.2.

its always a good time to buy if the numbers make sense. but i am a buy and hold player. watch the pack and then go the other way. everyone is scared no one wants to buy so buy. i just closed on a 4 unit in march. im exited even if i just break even for the next few years the tenants are still paying down my mortgage. i also look at this as a way to learn, jump in feel the pain and get experience. 

Because I have been a wholesaler for a few years and know most of the players in this area.
