I guess even though the numbers dont make sense I want to give my kids a place to live when I am gone and a rental a piece as they get nothing until there 30 from my parents trust if, I am gone It might mean putting my private residence up for grabs to get deal done or just invest somewhere else and she told me to write a business plan as to what I want to do she said she will get a financial planner and go over my business plan.

Hey @Christina Galdieri, I am a bit confused on your question but in general: If your asset is sold after 12 months from buying it, those gains are considered long term capital gains and taxed at a reduced rate.

We want to give owners some flexibility and a good experience working with us, but also, contracts are the assets in this business model i.e. if you don’t have some teeth in the language, if/when you try and sell your company later it won’t be worth much.The 60-90 notice period seems to be a good balance.
