Tips? 

My broker is an investor as well, but he gave me access to the MLS...... looking for tips for criteria to narrow down the search results.

Hello BP,I am starting my search for investment property out of state (looking in Texas) but I was wondering if there is any tips or advice you guys had when looking for an agent.
