I would say that the closing costs savings are generally pretty light (if even existing on these) - its not super logical, but often worth the hassle to do as individual loans

I haven’t really dug into how big this market is, but if there are enough people in a similar place as we were, it may be worth me investing a little more to commercialize the platform and license it to others.I’m not really interested in making that effort if there are some good solutions already out there, but if this is a neglected market, I’ll do it.

Wanted to see what my best options are in this situation:I want to borrow 200-250K as a NRA(non resident alien) with no credit history, to invest in a syndication deal.I have a rental property that’s owned free and clear worth around 750-800K so in case of a cash out refi my LTV would remain low.It would be a short term loan: 2.5 to 3 years at most before I pay it back.

I tried to use the BP calculator but even then I’m having a hard time knowing what the property is actually worth, or what it will  cost to put the work that needs to be done in it before renters move in.
