I've been toying with the idea of automating my showings as well as allowing qualified prospects to view the property alone and at their convenience.

The business plan is clear and well thought out and fits your criteria6.

The only problem with that plan is that I'm located in Orange County and I'd imagine most properties out here are well outside my affordability.

Hey Jeff, the area is filled with homes 500-800 sqft and obviously bigger as well.

Cabins in the Smokies typically don't have a garage, but your point is well taken with this much space.  

If they are showing you multiple homes, consider their time as well, and their desire to be compensated because it is their business too.In San Antonio, I pay an annual and quarterly fee for MLS access.I wish you all the best.
