Do you think the span between the support posts will hold the weight properly or should I add an additional post in the center for support?

Gaining a better understanding of my decision making process is important for me to develop so I'm working not only to self-analyze but to also gradually build a financially savvy group with different backgrounds that I can engage in higher level discussions with. 

It’s true that they could lie on their profiles but it’s probably a good first step to sift through the comments and put the comments of those who are really opinionated, yet have not had much personal success with real estate, aside and give more weight to the comments of those who really know what they are talking about.Here is a list of some people on BiggerPockets whose opinions I listen to closely and value because they have fruit on the tree.

If you walk in the door with recommendations from other investors, agents, lenders, etc that will carry far more weight than a nice suit or a fancy car in my opinion.

General knowledge is underrated, most people give weight to excessive expertise...
