The closest I've ever lived is in Sumas, WA, and Bellingham, WA, so I'm not completely without a clue to the area, though.The biggest problem with that area, is access year-round.

I've found that a lot of my tenants have no clue what kinds of things are going to be considered "damage" when they are filling out their condition worksheets, so they seem to error on the side of caution and put down everything they can think of.
