As said in the title, I would love to start investing in the Peoria area mostly in Bradley, and would love any tips and guidance from those who have done it.

The one tip I give every Airbnb newbie is this, and when they don't listen, they regret it:Make sure everything inside of the house is written out for dummies.

Tips that will help.- Get on a schedule and stick to it.- Take notes and go back and review or review before next course.- Once you complete the education side of it buy additional practice tests from another company to study before the exam - Go into the exam with confidence and remember that you know everything you need to know to pass.Good luck! 

**Bonus question: can anyone give me some good tips on how to verify a wholesaler is legit and not a scammer?

Even worse, some of the "helpful" tips provided are just plain WRONG. 

Also, any tips to challenge this with the county?
