Getting your license teaches you only to follow the law.

I want to be able to retire without working and teach my family how to achieve financial freedom. 

But today, it is more common than not to carry balances on credit cards for consumer items and past vacations.I often ask people when I am teaching them about finances, "Would you say that we make more money then those who lived in the 50's.?"  

There is nothing that anyone can teach you that you can not learn by reading (books, forums, articles) and listening to the podcasts!

 I didn't realize that they are a bit different in what they like to teach. 

You have gotten some great advice about marketing, and I'll echo some:  get good at one thing before starting more.My company teaches marketing vs prospecting this way: Marketing is passive, and costs money, but requires very little time, while prospecting is time and skill intensive, yet costs very little. 

Not many people will be willing to spend time to teach you stuff unless you show that you've done your part and you are serious about it. 

Yes am currently "working" with 2 other investors, they are teaching me how they do wholesale and giving me advice.
