Do people want to move there.

I was contacted by two different people, one through email and another who called me.

Now interest rates staying flat hasn't helped too much, but we are in the higher season of people moving/finishing school/etc. 6-8 months ago was a bit slower. 

I am sorry most people didn't answer your question on what to charge for services to STR owners.

@David Rutledge I don't doubt it, but it's a town of about 20,000 people, and aside from this thing a number of miles away called the Pro Football Hall of Fame, there really isn't anything that spectacular to draw tourism in the area... it must all be corporate and maybe kids returning to visit their elderly parents? 

I’m trying to solve for a lack of funds to put up down payment, not sure another lender is the solution here but open to perspective if you have something in mind  

And, in the meantime, I will get the lists of people I THINK could be motivated to sell, skiptrace them and call them.

We normally have a good 50 to 60 people.

I can't tell you how many people forget they scheduled a tour.

And people are definitely starting to catch on.
