I recently discovered there are organizations that will pay for veterans to get their real estate license, which I keep hearing on the podcast has certain advantages, so it is one thing I am considering.I am still doing as much research as I can and haven't completed any deals yet.

there are a lot of skilled trades who can perform certain tasks under the supervision...but never bothered to go extra mile to get insuranceI am just looking at the standard ACORD form "certificate of liability insurance". none of the limits talk about covering them from getting hurt :each occurrencedamage to rented premisesmed expenses --> this one refers to med expenses of a person who gets hurt as a result of their actionsetcMy main concern is to make sure I am not liable for them getting hurt.

The $24,000 sounded like nothing, until a few days later when I had to pay it.Learn as much about real estate as you can on-line or reading books, then re-search the organization before you go in and commit to anything.I found most of the info on their course was the same stuff I saw everywhere on the internet, with a lot of motivational stuff mixed in.
