You can post the property on Zillow, craigslist and other social media sites.

Then you could also look at Sofi, Prosper, and similar sites.

The real inflection point comes at around 75 at which point it makes financial sense to hire on-site property management.

In my experience it should not be your responsibility to pay the lien, it will get paid off prior to or at close.With that said, I have represented buyers and have personally purchased properties off of all the auction sites here in CT and in a lot of the cases the title did not come back clean initially.

There needs to be high inventory of rentals with similar criteria for those sites to be accurate.
