The property is extremely mismanaged and the tenants are quite undesirable. 20 of the units are affordable housing tenants and 5 of them are on a master lease with this company who lets the homeless community use the units.

I now come to find out that this is not the case, and it only has one gas meter and one water meter shared between both units.My question is, since this is an as-is purchase, do I have any recourse in this situation?

They should be able to send you an address of a rental they own.2) If they plan on sharing a BP Calculator sheet for each and every property they send you.

I originally posted this a year ago and I am happy to share the results in a comment on this post, but before I sway anyone's opinion I would love to hear your thoughts...So with that said, historically the industry accepted standard for underwriting a projected exit cap rate is the market stabilized cap rate plus a 10 bps for every year held.
