I'm looking into portfolio loans and there are a bunch of questions you'll need answered:  Minimum loan amount, prepayment penalties, underwriting requirements, costs, valuation requirements, DSCR ratio for rents, credit score requirements, etc.  

Many want you to sign a contract that has a penalty for early cancelation of the contract. 

Do not misunderstand me I do not seek the secret to overnight success, I am looking to build a strong education, knowledge is one of the keys too success.
