Can anyone recommend a good mortgage lawyer in SE Massachusetts? I'm in the New Bedford area I have a seller offering me seller financing and as this will be my first deal ever I have tons of questions about it.

Not that getting a RE attorney on your side is a bad idea by any stretch, but there are many very experienced and knowledgeable investors that may be able to answer your questions...Then just check their facts. Just a thought.
