@John Berg I am reading up on pop tops, a rookie in the concept, wondering if you are projecting the architectural and engineering work into the $100/SF or do you calculate those costs on a diff per/SF scale and add to the $100 construction costs?

One off builders don't usually have a pipeline process and will tend to move slower than a production builder, but you kind of have to live with it until you can scale.6) Don't build the fanciest house in the neighborhood.
