Hey Guys ! I am just beginning REI. Just wanted a few tips or pointers on the best way to successfully take off ? What are the first kinds of properties should I purchase ? (Flips, Buy and Holds etc.) And is getting a Loan from the bank a good way to start ? I want to know do I have to flip a few homes to build enough capital to purchase buy and hold homes independently (without a bank) or how should I scale my business plan or portfolio to maximize my income, and utilize my time effienciently ? Thanks Team !
