I'd start by prioritizing the features you're looking for, then narrow your options down that way.

The feature you are looking for is the class feature because you can use substitute class for property and then run P&Ls for each property.

I just work remotely and my company allows for flexible-ish hours if you are getting all your work done.

@Ragnar Lothbrok - It's sometimes difficult to find a CPA who both specializes in real estate and is located close to you in Michigan.There are lots of good CPAs and Enrolled Agents on Bigger Pockets who work remotely and have clients all over the country.

We've seen interest from other remote work professionals and several individuals doing research work at OHSU as well - not just travel nurses, so that is encouraging.
