federal law makes these clauses enforceable nationwide.so, how do lenders tend to 'find out' a mortgaged property was transferred before payoff without assignment (if was permitted by lender contract) of the mortgage to the new title holder?

I understand that I won't be building any equity by purchasing a leasehold, and I do need to get additional permits and pay additional taxes if I want to do this legally.The reason why I would want to do this is because it's cheap to acquire a leasehold condo and the monthly revenues from rent could easily take care of the mortgage, lease rent, fees, and taxes.What things am I not looking at?

(2 buildings total)Permit history of the rear residence and detached studios are unknown and requires further research.County assessors office shows the property use type as commercial and buiding square feet at 1,113.Store front building was used as a bridal studio and owner lived in the attached residence.
