Learn and get a piece of the action.Yes, you can learn and start small (long path but common way) or look for out of box ways w/ingenuity, passion and some work to accelerate your way there w/o capital.  

I’m surprised that so few folks on here are looking for video and photography services.

Learn what gets people to bite and apply it to your specific situation. you really do have to be passionate about what you do is the other bit of advice

I've done a good amount of research and it does seem like these are not the easiest options around considering the types of deals in these parts of town.I'm lucky to have awoken a new passion and hobby, and it's amazing to read all of the posts on here.

My time is valuable and that's why leveraging videos and webinars and FREE resources is great, but you'll never hit bigger numbers until you value your time and avoid the time vampires who don't take action and only complain about a lack of deals or money.
