Where in your pean to sub to do you limit its use to buyers who have the money to buy out the mortgage on no notice when the seller’s lender calls in the note for due on sale, and to sellers who have the money to buy out the mortgage on no notice because the buyer was a fraud who rented the place out, kept the rent, and didn’t pay the mortgage?
