@Dean Letfus we would not even think about being dishonest, because my partners and I believe in the importance of honesty and integrity when doing business.  

I knew that the installer does what is best for the integrity of the piece.

The way they have made the rental work is with a good email list of previous renters and a good presence on social media, offering variably discounted rates dependent upon demand and last minute deals to previous renters.

It's hard finding a wholesaler who's honest, knows the numbers, works with integrity, and understands investor need.
