Hi, I'm Lori T. 

No, I'm not a New Kids fan, but I am clever, sometimes. For the basics, my profile is a good place to start. I've lived in Lafayette since 1999 and have gone local. I consider this my home and have put down roots in the community of which I am a part.  That said, this past Spring I decided to begin my lifelong dream to fix up houses and have rental properties. Started listening to House Flipping HQ podcasts while at work and began looking at properties around town. Have since found BP and met a few other pp in Laf who know about it. 

  I have teamed up with a RE developer with whom I am working closely and learning a lot.  I am working on my first house project and about to line up the next one. We hope to close on the sale of our 1st project by early Dec at the latest. 

Am SUPERRRR excited to have found BP and am TRYING to make it to the local BP meetups. While I'm not a huge devotee of social media, I will break my mold and get more active on the BP site.  I hope to meet and build relationships with more BP pp here in town. And am so grateful to have the resources available to me at this time in my life.
