So if the part is ten bucks and can be bought today at Home Depot then it isn't worth waiting weeks to months for a free part because you lose all that time.If the piece is hundreds of dollars that is a different story.Banks generally do not do any repairs to a property.

If you don't need copies, but merely a search I bet you could negotiate a search for under $100 bucks.
