I would not invest if the good guys are losing ground, but that would run counter to your description that it is an appreciating area.It looks fine to invest in for the information you shared if the long term forecast for the area is safe and stable to improving.

There are 100's of real estate podcasts out there and honestly I have found many that are better than BP as they have people who have been in real estate and business for a very long time and could run circles around some of the hosts.

Occupied by Past Owner in one unit, the other unit is empty.I have hired a property Management company to complete eviction - Upon receiving Eviction notice, Past Owner / Tenant went to the Property Management office and insisted that she still owns the property, refused to sign a lease, and stated that she won’t pay rent for her own property.Property Management company stated that this will not be resolved without going in front of a judge and told me that it can be filed at the end of the month.How long with this process take?
