Every morning on the way to work I listen to the podcasts and just feel like I learn so much.I wanted to just share a little bit about myself and my goals and see if anyone had any advice. 

I listened to an interesting podcast recently - I think it was the Afford Anything podcast - where an American ex pat couple living in Japan are buying in the US because interest rates are negative in Japan and properties actually depreciate.

We have been listening to many podcasts and reading quite a bit.

@Jonathan Greene, I enrolled in a real estate investment class and I have been attending webinars online and listening to real estate investing podcasts for newbies.

Listen to the BP podcasts with all the people who got started in college.

Just simply listen to podcasts, read books, and attending local REIA groups can help out in so many different ways.

The umbrella insurance policy for LLC is at least 4-5 times more  expensive, not to mention the account fee etc.I made a HUGE MISTAKE by buying all my properties in to LLC by listening to those so-called experts, gurus!

I’m reading the books, listening to the podcasts, and watching the YouTube videos but would very much appreciate any guidance!
