The law also brings in new liabilities for landlords in that they must keep the 28 day notice secret from the other party and if they fail to so may be fined and/or sued.I am sympathetic to the overall goals but this is a classic case of politicians offloading society's problems onto landlords, who they perceive as having bottomless pockets.

I don't want the liability of that.Even our inspector told us to make sure it was finished by the owner before we buy since it is such a liability.Also, my local bank does not want to provide a mortgage on a house that has mold of this degree.
