The quickest way to sell is direct to another end user of the property or owner occupant, with some money down and carrying the paper for as much equity as you can get in the back end.This leads me to my original question.

You can still benefit from their systems etc, but if you have a good broker and can generate leads you would be ok on your own.Also, if you do join a team do some research.

When I order windows, I let them tell me what day they will come, give me a lead time, and give me an install date on their quote, I give back my contract with 1 week allowance from their install date and 100/day penalty if they don't perform.

Instead of goals, what do you like to do: i.e. talk to people, negotiate, etc, that may lead you to something in RE.
