If I put the property in my personal name then its a non issue, but I can not find anyone to do specficly STR in a company name.Any help would be apprciated.ThanksMike

The builder has corrected grading issues twice before where there was standing water in my backyard, but it looks like the issue was never resolved.

They know all about how things run day to day and any issues that might come up.

I am a relator so I can do the ARV on comparable homes.

Are items like this significant issues that will limit your potential? 

We've had no issues with their AI....the automation and guest portal has worked perfect every time.
