Any personal stories of success (or failure) at a young age?

The third party vendor, having expertise in validating modeling assumptions, will provide confirmation to the regulators that the model is appropriate, the assumptions are valid, and the outcomes realistic.

And I do not want that to be the story of our lives.

{Two years later they changed their minds and wanted to live in a freshly renovated unit - but that's another story].At the time we were renovating vacant units and both filling them with new tenants and moving existing tenants to free more units for renovation.  

You can read plenty of horror stories on this very site from those who learned the hard way just how true this is.

the house finally is starting to feel like a home...i might post a rehab story once complete with a  ton of pictures.

I personally haven't gone but always read great stories in their discussions and comments section.

I have heard horror stories about professional tenants who stage accidents and claims to take their landlord to the cleaners.
