To make a long story short ...

I've listened to the podcasts concerning it but want to hear other people's stories.

Home is a 4 bed 1.5 bath 2 story home and has been vacant for 4 years.

This building will be a two-story home-office, lower commercial for us, upper single family loft to reside in. 

At any rate the story goes on more than one could imagine.

That just confuses the details of the story.

I think it would be of benefit to our entire community to find a detailed description of a recent flip, complete with numbers, pictures, and more, here in our real estate success stories forum.Lastly, It's my belief from the tone of your post that you intend to follow the letter of our terms of use but perhaps not the spirit of the community here.  

Now I am eager to learn the best strategies on how to continue to invest in rental properties (mostly duplexes, triplexes, and quads).I've heard so many stories where people have bought properties with NO MONEY down and I am wondering if it is possible to do that with these specific investments properties that I have stated above.I first want to let you know my situation: I am a 21 year old administrative assistant for an engineering company in Tallahassee, FL.
