For instance, LA (our home market) if you stay in incorporated LA, its very tenant friendly, but the outer markets still work just as well and the only rent control is the state wide rent control.

States and courts all seem to be intrepreting the CDC moratorium differently, so you can't assume anything other then you can't physically remove tenants due to nonpayment of rent.SECTION 8: your PMC should be complaining to the S8 caseworker, who should put pressure on the tennat to pay their portion of the rent and utilities or possibly lose their voucher.
