I could be financially free, but I love my job and will work per diem at least during retirement.I've seen people immensely successful doing just real estate, and having just a career, as well as both real estate and a career.Why not take a little bit of both, and do trade school, learn how to be a contractor, BRRR houses and do real estate?

The housing market bounced back in 2020 much faster than other sectors of the economy and has sustained that growth and pace into 2021.2020 was a record-breaking year for the US housing market.

I hope/plan to grow the portfolio over the next couple years.

I am with Bill above and with the shift from having to live in cities with work from home trends, we are finding land ahead of the city growth to buy land to develop into large and small lots. 

His logic for rent growth in Arizona is hard to refute.

What opportunities are there for growth, besides being an agent?

I personally live in Cumming and have seen a tremendous amount of growth over the past few years.
