Hello Alex,For those who are not to worried about cash flow and are more focused on having sooner big paydays, there are these two methods:Wholesaling -the process of finding great real estate deals, writing a contract to acquire the deal, and then selling the contract to another buyer for a wholesale fee.Flipping -the practice of buying a piece of real estate at a discounted price, improving it in some way, and then selling it for a financial gain. The upside is you get your profits sooner rather than later, but the downside is the income is not passive so you will have to continue doing them to get paid.
