If they do that, they won't have a bad reputation.But it's riduculous to say that sellers don't have the right to reject a bad lender because you think it's unfair to the lender.The scrutiny should be placed on the loan officer or banker on getting the deal done, not the bank as a whole.If the bank hires bad employees, they deserve the blame.

Interesting they sell for less than the tax due, here it's the entry bid.You'd think they would see that as a ploy of tax evasion.Guess you could out bid the owners then for the cash flow.I suspect the best way to approach the city would be throgh a city council person, not employees as the method would likely require council approval for volunteers to do the leg work and charge a fee to attach to the property.

Trying to think of BP folks in that area and can't think of one....It kinda sounds like you might be having an employee shipping out or attempting to cover relocation costs, at any rate, if you need the real low down, I'd call a title company in the area and ask what closing expenses were for an $XXX,XXX purchase, they can give it to on the buyers side to the dime and what lender's charges are customary there, as that depends on the loan.Any FA types???
