New Member Florida and Colorado

Hey everyone just wanted to drop in and introduce myself. I was an employee of the Government for 14 years and left two years ago to become a contractor to the Government in Denver, Colorado and other places. My sister in Ft Myers, Florida got her real estate license, my other sister is an interior designer and my father owns five homes and is getting up in years. So we have decided to pursue real estate investing with a turn key starter kit of my fathers. Right now trying to learn all I can as I will start living in Florida half the year to work on this and get it moving. I have already learned a ton on this site and looking forward to learning more. If there are any other newbies out there in my areas that want to compare notes feel free to contact me. Knowledge is power and never hurts to have someone to bounce things off of for your market.
