You don't want to burn any bridges by miscommunications or not properly addressing resolution paths, buy-outs, exits, etc. in a legal manner on paper and signed by parties.

If you don't have trusted people in your corner, you're setting yourself up to get burned.

When you get too many skillets going at one time then things start to burn. 

Furnace and AC filters, dryer vent cleaning, gutter cleaning, smoke detector batteries, storm drains, wood burning fireplaces/chimneys, exterior window washing, roof cleaning, you name it.

Many of those burned out decided not to rebuild, having already raised their kids and are now empty nesters.

Those guys/gals made a killing the past couple of years, but they are also the folks who will get burned if the market makes a quick turn south.

My best agent has zero accolades but has a burning desire to be successful and demonstrated it from day 1 and easily beats the average agent closings per year by multiples AND is becoming a dominate force in his chosen submarket.

The Baltimore govt would lobby to have you burned at the stake downtown.
