People buy houses, relocate for jobs, need more space for a growing family, etc.Vacancy can be a huge expense.

For now we are going to continue to grow locally until we scale

Hi everyone, I was wondering where i can put my money, roughly 8k while i get work experience (currently 18, wanting to buy my first property at 20 and in the meantime learn and grow).

Many would not have had the required discipline and sunk even deeper.My wife and I have a very low tolerance for debt and though we have utilized some borrowed funds to grow our portfolio it's very small compared to what some think it should be.
