If the buyers see you coming up with deals that are too lean, you're going to get a bad reputation. 

It is Very well known to investors and has a hit or miss reputation.

(Double spending attack) 2) yes I would and will use it onces it's easier to use 3) yes it will provide more transparency since the transaction is public ( block explorer)4) yes a blockchain transaction can cost you less than a penny.

Oakwood is a solid builder with a good local reputation.

Unfortunately these behaviors by some can spoil the reputation of the industry, but not all Realtors are greedy or behave like this.   

And you wonder why "wholesalers" have such a bad reputation here.
