Proof of funds help for wholesale property
I put in an offer that was accepted for a no assignment clause property. I didn't see the contract until it was sent to me so I put my business as the entity, however, I want to put another business name so that I can sell that business to my cash buyer to get the wholesale fee. The agent asked me for a proof of funds letter for the new entity. How can I do that? My original proof of funds just has a let from the bank manager stating how much was in the account to cover due diligence, etc. What would you suggest?

And you wonder why "wholesalers" have such a bad reputation here.
