My gut tells me that military presence might not be a big benefit to the pure flip model.I think military tenants are a great way to go, especially when you can attract a little bit more senior folks (E-4/5+ and O-3+) with families.

Now I know it's not the most admirable title as opposed to account executive but I have made very good money doing that and also the lessons I have learned about going out there and being a hustler, especially lessons I have learned about being an entrepreneur have been priceless and they are lessons I couldn't have learned so well from just reading a book or taking a seminar.
