No excuses for shaky cams.

My family lives just south of the border, so this would give me a good excuse to visit more!

I found them to be a rip off,  I had them come out for a heat/air system, and they found every excuse to not pay, I didn't clean it enough, not a covered repair or they wanted to patch it.

Before making any deals I'm going to spend a little time in each of these markets, plus it gives my boyfriend and I an excuse to go on vacation and eat a lot of food!

The tenant used that as an excuse as an additional excuse not to move in and request their money back.I guess @Dean Letfus has all the answers to 100% insure a vacant home never gets broken into, which is actually rare even though we have all said "it is not unusual." 

Thats an excuse 99 out of 100 people make that they need to “network” or “study the market”.

When it happens it could be a good time to purchase but I suspect most people will find an excuse not to enter/increase their RE investments.  

So when I punch in the numbers using the tool, there are numbers that show really bad result , which is kind of a relief to me because it gives me an excuse not to do it; but i have come across some deals that seem just too good to be true, and it makes me really nervous.
