.  Listen for radio ads directed at self-employed business owners and network with those companies who place the ads.  Research tax sales on commercial properties.  Contact leasing agents specializing in commercial properties.  Being an IAP comes with commercial leads but always look for other sources as well.  Realtors are always looking for lenders who handle commercial mortgages.  Social media, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Craigslist, etc.

I took advantage of writing off everything on my taxes since I'm self-employed and now it's biting me in the butt!!

In order to minimize the social security portion of self-employment tax, I understand that the full-time spouse can be the owner of the business and the other spouse can be an employee.

(And yes, I do respect Realtors and I am employed by one of the largest Real Estate Brokerages in the US...but it was still funny)

If UPMC, the area's largest employer, is broken up into its individual units, not one tech company makes the top twenty employers in Allegheny County.

However, right near the 101/17 is still affordable, close to where the majority of the plant is planned, and also is a safe bet for commuters working for other employers (20-30 minutes to downtown).
