What I meant was to let the agent handle arranging the bidding with the on-site bidder, since the agent apparently knew someone.

Each different show seems to have their niche - some are instructional, some are meant for entertainment purposes, while other are meant to promote services rendered, and finally others that use a combination of those 3 reasons.

It is important to understand what is meant by the Front End and Bank End Ratio and how lenders look at these numbers to determine loan qualifications.

Otherwise you risk a deal falling apart when some later says "oh, I though you meant such-and-such".
