From my vantage point I can't tell, but would it be more efficient to route the Dehumidifier and the HVAC condensate to a new, independent condensate pump which ejects to the exterior?

Looking for the asset (the property) in order to buy the debt is not a very efficient way to seek bargain deals.In the early days of my career it was not uncommon to buy a mortgage from a bank or S & L however it's exceptionally rare that an institutional lender will sell a single loan to a single investor.
